Product Warranty

Thank you for choosing Echidna Offroad products! We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our product warranty, which applies to all eligible purchases made directly from Echidna Offroad.

1. Warranty Coverage

Echidna Offroad offers a warranty for all products (timeframes listed below). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product without charge.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original end-user and continues for the specified time period from that date. Please retain your purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of the purchase date.

3. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

a. Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, improper installation, or neglect.

b. Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs.

c. Normal wear and tear of the product.

d. Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or channels.

e. Damage caused by condensation, rain, wind and the elements.
f.  Damage caused by incorrect setup.

g. Damage caused by mould, insects, animals or children.

e. Damage caused by natural disasters etc.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at support@echidnaoffroad.com.au to initiate a warranty claim.

b. Provide the original purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

c. Describe the nature of the defect and provide any relevant details to assist with the assessment.

5. Warranty Service

a. After verifying the eligibility of the warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

b. If we replace the product, the warranty coverage will continue for the remaining period from the original purchase date.

c. The cost of shipping the product to our service centre for evaluation or repair will be the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

Echidna Offroad reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
