At Echidna Offroad, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make on our website. This Returns Policy outlines the process and guidelines for returning products purchased from our e-commerce platform. 1. Eligibility for Returns

We fully back the quality of all our products, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your Echidna Offroad purchase, you can return it. We’ll provide a 100% refund of the purchase price, excluding any initial shipping costs. All we ask is that you initiate the return within 14 days from your order date and ensure the items are returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. Please note that this return policy does not cover defects resulting from misuse, abuse, or physical damage.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a. The product must have been purchased directly from Echidna Offroad.

b. The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

c. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

d. Products that are personalised, perishable, or classified as non-returnable may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Reasons for Returns

You may request a return for the following reasons:

a. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives in a damaged condition or exhibits manufacturing defects.

b. Incorrect or Incomplete Order: If you receive an incorrect product or if your order is missing items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at support@echidnaoffroad.com.au to request a return and provide the necessary details, including the order number, product details, and reason for the return.

b. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including any required forms or documentation.

c. Package the product securely in its original packaging (if available) or suitable packaging to avoid damage during transit.

d. Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer support team. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products or incorrect orders.

e. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your return as per the applicable guidelines.

4. Refund or Exchange

Depending on the reason for the return and product availability, we offer the following options:

a. Refund: If eligible, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

b. Exchange: If the product is still available, you may opt for an exchange for a different size, colour, or model, subject to availability and any price differences.

Our goal is to expedite the return process. Typically, we aim to process returns within 48-72 hours of receiving the item.
