At Echidna Offroad, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia. Please note that certain locations may have restrictions or limited delivery options, and we reserve the right to adjust our shipping destinations at any time.

Currently, we use Australia Post & Sendle to ship. Shipping prices will be determined by satchel size.

Spare Tyre Bags use large satchels, and we charge a shipping cost of $12.

Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is verified. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience during such times.

We pack and ship orders every Monday & Wednesday.

For all shipped orders, we provide tracking information that allows you to monitor the status and location of your package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order is dispatched.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination address. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays. The estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process and in the shipping confirmation email.

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver the package to the provided shipping address. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they may leave a delivery notification or contact you via the provided contact details to arrange for a re-delivery or pickup from a designated location.
