Shipping & Delivery

At Echidna Offroad, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the details and guidelines for shipping and delivery of products purchased from our e-commerce platform. 1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia. Please note that certain locations may have restrictions or limited delivery options, and we reserve the right to adjust our shipping destinations at any time.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Currently, we use Australia Post & Sendle to ship. Shipping prices will be determined by satchel size.

Spare Tyre Bags use large satchels, and we charge a shipping cost of $12.

3. Order Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is verified. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience during such times.

We pack and ship orders every Monday & Wednesday.

4. Shipment Tracking

For all shipped orders, we provide tracking information that allows you to monitor the status and location of your package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information you provide are accurate and up to date.
