Installation is simple thanks to the integrated keder strips located on the upper and lower rear of the bag, which slide directly into the supplied 50cm black aluminium sailtracks.

The bag measures 52cm (H) x 42cm (W) x 25cm (D) and includes 8 x SS316 stainless steel rivets for secure installation, along with spares if required.

2. What zipper do you use and is it reliable?

All our current bags use YKK racquet coil zippers which are are heavy-duty nylon zippers with an oval-shaped coil and reinforced stitching that protects the thread. They are stronger, more durable, and smoother (and more expensive) than standard YKK zippers (which most manufacturers use when they state they have YKK zippers).  YKK racquet coil zippers are built to withstand rough use in luggage, backpacks, tents, and outdoor gear.
